Privacy Policy

The only information collected is what you choose to send us. The enquiry form on the Contact page asks for your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the type of job and your message. If you call, email or text instead, we keep the details you give us so we can quote for the work.

We do not collect anything about you behind the scenes, and we do not buy or hold lists of other people's details.

Your details are used for one thing: replying to your enquiry and arranging the work you have asked about. That may include visiting your property to look at the job and sending you a quote.

Your details are never sold, rented or passed on to anyone else. Nobody else will contact you because you used this website.

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to Paul's email inbox (paulcoulson62@gmail.com). Emails and texts about your job are kept on the usual phone and email accounts while the work is quoted and carried out. Old enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy for the short version of what sits on this site.

You can ask at any time for the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them. Just call or email and Paul will sort it straight away. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are ever unhappy with how your details have been handled, though we hope you never need to.

Any questions about this policy, call 07717 285190 or email paulcoulson62@gmail.com.
